You need and should take BP medicines. You should get aECG and serum lipid profile done. Also check yourself for diabetes. With these reports you see a physician who will give medicine for High BP. You also show your report to the doctor who is treating your bipolar disorder. He may change your medications if he or she feels so. pharamcology (medicines) by themselves may not be sufficient for ocd and anxiety issues. Consider seeking cognitive behavior therapy from a clinical psychologist which would work directly on your behaviors and thoughts while the medicines work on your anxiety. Cbt is very efficacious for ocd and you will see good results.
