The vulnerable teenage years can be an especially difficult time. Today’s teens face the pressures of juggling school work, extracurricular activities, a social life and perhaps even a part-time job. While consultation with a qualified homoeopath is essential for serious situations, a selection of homoeopathic remedies can help with common teenage health conditions associated with physical and emotional stress.

Before taking melatonin do the following thing:
try to minimise the home lights in d evening keeping the home environment of dim lights. This will ensure normal secretion of melatonin from your body.
Avoid using any sort of screen light or mobile from the evening itself.
If you have migraine refer to a nearby general physician or can consult me.
Hope this helps. Do take care.

You history is not clear ocd symptoms are repeated unwanted thaught, images, ideas & compulsive behaviour like hand washing repeated, checking behaviour like knot of doors ,knob guess cillender like that ,dirty aexual thought about close family members n god so it simple to rule out &/ ocd is associated with comorbid anxiety symptoms .so reconsult your psychaiatrist. Don't worry it will be treated.

Best way would be to get evaluated independently by another practitioner with certain psychological assessment tools, anxiety is frequently comorbid to ocd, but ocd in itself is a severe mental disorder which requires long term treatment with sufficient dosage. Your prescription doesn't suggest dosage of ocd, so in short you need proper reassessment before starting any medicine.

If it is not suitable for you then kindly go for natural remedies with advanced psychological therapies. Only medication with never help to get rid of ocd in any way. So try therapies like lfms, mbcbt, eft, erp, bach medicine for better result. Consult a good psychologist or psychotherapist in your area. Otherwise you may get help from me.
