Good morning mam, if you have any kind of health issues then pls don't use any pills or supplements without consulting a good physician. Some medicines are not healthy to use whether it may be for short time period long time period, there r certain harmful side effects those medicines causes later after leaving using them. Instead Try include some physical activity in your daily schedule. Physical exercises releases chemicals in brain which will help you in sleep, in turn reducing your anxiety.
