Hi Sir. I have suffered from repeated ankle sprains thrice and the pain is chronic now. Recently MRI was conducted and the results of the MRI are 1.small volume of effusion in tibiotalar joint space, 2. Large osteochondral edema involving dome of talus, 3.grade 1 sprain of deep posterior tibiotalar component of deltoid ligament, 4.grade 1 sprain of anterior talofibular ligament. The pain was almost subsided until 2 weeks ago and I was confident that ankle is healing but suddenly out of no where the ankle wasn't swollen at parts and that was the reason of MRI and the outcome of the MRI as described above. Now from last 2 days the pain is persistent at the talus area just beside inner ankle towards the feet and I am unable to take at least 10 steps forward and is always giving away. I am really worried if my ankle will ever heal as the pain which has almost healed has come back heavy now. Collagen peptide type 2 is the only medication I am using now. Please help me. Thank you.

Ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

My wife is a sugar patient since dev. 2007 in first time doctor prescribe citapin xr500 after lunch one time. In 2009 doctor chang his dose one after lunch and one after dinner that time sugar level is 110 fasting and 140 pp. After 2011 onec again dose was changed citapin xr500 and glimer 1mg with lunch and citapin xr 500 at dinner this time sugar level is 110/140 and doctor start caditor (atervovastitin) 5mg ciplar la 20mg and telmikind h. In 2014 november my wife stop taking glimer 1mg tablet in january 2015 sugar level is 220/279 this was very high so we go to our doctor doctor changed sugar medicine this was gluformin g2 but sugar level was not drop this was 239/190. And h1bc level is 2.3. In febuary 2015 sugar level 290/331 and c peptide level is 1.2 from march 2015 she is taking galvas 50 and dimecron xr 500 max with lunch and dinner with regular medicine ciplar la20 and caditor 5mg telmikind h at night. Dear respected doctor my question is this are this medicine are safe for long time use for sugar treatment

hba1c u've entered is incorrect-its never 2.3. Every medication has some side effects inherent in it. What is more damaging is the fluctuating and high b. Sugar levels. Your controlling that levels should be utmost priority. And its not yet controlled. Further clarification needed.

Gud eve sir, My age 45 years, male, has under gone preventive health check up on 27th January at New Delhi. While all the results seems to be normal but Glucose PP is below than the normal. Result of Glucose PP is 54. Glucose Fasting is 90. I gave sample for Glucose PP after about 80 minutes of taking good quantity of food. you can also do your fasting insulin and c peptide along with FBS again. But it would be costly.

Tmt test was done for 9: 45 minutes tmt test is negative.

Yes you can use deca durabolin alongwith testosterone injection, but don't make it a habit, likewise make sure the army doesn't have doping technique otherwise you will be disqualified straight away.
Also lnjection and tonics are not going to help unless and until it is supplemented with good food and exercise.
