Megazolid 600 MG Tablet Health Feed

Asked for female, 24 years old from Delhi

Hi. I'm a 22 year old female. I am a student. I have white pustules on my scalp since past 6 months. My dermatologist gave me amoxicillin 500 mg initially. The pustules went away for a week's time and returned back. Then my dermatologist recommended me linox 600 along with vizylac, twice a day on 12 hourly basis for a week. The pustules went away for 15 days and came back again. Then she took my skin prick test and asked me to avoid the things I was allergic to. I even did that. But nothing helped. The pustules are still on my scalp. They are filled with yellowish/white puss and has redness around its boundaries. They pain when touched with the Brussels of the comb. Please suggest me some medicine to permanently get rid of them. As they are causing me lot of hair fall too. I'm scared since no remedy of my dermatologist worked .

Antibiotics lene se thik ho jata hai par antibiotics band karte hi problem start ho rahi hai. Armpit mein sweat bhi bahut hoti hai. Linid 600 and enzomac plus liya tha.

Is these nodes on skin or internal. Skin ones need to see with photos and can be treated. Internal ones - possibly lymph nodes (those can also be treated)

My mother is 80 years old, having fever from last one month which goes upto 103 f. Taken medication after consultation with doctors which was like, antibiotics: levoflox 500 mg for 3 days linospan 600 mg for 3 days gudcef 200 mg for continuous 10 days and few days on and off as suggested by doctor. These antibiotics were given along with paracetamol. Fever goes down during medication but comes back again once medicines are stopped. Done widal and malaria test which came negative. Cbc test was normal except wbc a little high tlc 12.31 thou/mm3. Urine protein and culture test also came negative except rbc 15-20 rbc/hpf and pus cells 3-4 wbc/hpf. Serum creatinine was normal. Can you please advise what kind of fever it is and why it's not going. What should we do, any other medicine which could cure it or any other tests required.

I have developed multiple lumps in both the arm pits which are reddish in colour, doctor has diagnosed it as hidradenitis suppurativa, earlier I took oral medication ie Clavam 625 for seven days but yielded no result. Then I was given IV LINEZOLID in the hospital for two days and discharged. Now its 5 days since discharge but the lumps have re occurred, Wbc count is 13700, band forms 9%, rest all shows normal in the report before starting the medication. Kindly advice.

My son is 3.5 years old and weighs 14 kg. Was having a repetitive condition of pain and stiffness behind left ear with fever and cough and cold. Which was diagnosed as left cervical lymphadenitis the condition is repeating after almost a month. And has repeated fourth time. He has been on antibiotics like zifi for 3 or 5 days. And on the last occasion linezolid for 14 days. But it has again repeated with same symptoms. A little worried wants to seek expert advice. Please help.

Just check for painful swelling behind ear. Pinna. If so then any scalp condition can cause it. Otherwise it is part of cold and due to seasonal change. Just cold medicine will help child for both. It will subside in 2-3 days. Or else you can visit Dr.in your area. Thanks.

This could be age related as she is also nearing menopause. Advise her to take calcium rich diet. Also she should take a diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.

Now a days, Typhi-dot is accurate test than widal test for typhoid diagnosis. It is very strange that your wife has been suffering from fever since 40 days due to typhoid or UTI. Generally medicines takes two weeks or little more times in resist case to cure typhoid or UTI.
You should consult with a

Zytanix is required if patient has swelling and breathlessness. Telma helps the heart to pump more easily. You should continue telma unless BP is falling even lower to below 100. Satanic requirement is decided by fluid retention in body and lungs.

Is osteomyelitis curable disease? Eve after 2 surgery bone infection still there last 6 months. Infection due to mrsa. Still pus discharge from post surgery stitched. Fed up of having linezolid. Though it is sensitive medicine for mrsa:(.please help is bone infection curable problem or lifelong manageable problem?

Osteomyelitis is usually recurring condition unfortunately.
Antibiotics can help to control the infection but usually it recurs. Sadly!

My father is diabetic with blood sugar (fasting) 137. His right thumb is swollen near the tip at the nail since the past 10 days. The thumb is very painful and full of pus. It is swollen and the pain is unbearable when it touches something. He has been taking an antibiotic called linezolid from past 5 days but no improvement till now. Please suggest some remedy as it's getting very difficult to be with the pain. Height: 5.10 weight: 88 kg diabetic no allergy.

Condition seems to be ingrowing thumbnail, not uncommon in diabetics and is seen when nail is trimmed excessively. Please consult a doctor near you it may requre removal of pus and regular cleaning and dressing. Also antiotic may need to change and anyi inflammatory medicines added.
Keep blood sugar strictly controlled for early recovery.
