1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat any seasonal fresh fruit. No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc

You have not mentioned since how long you are having diabetes. Long standing diabetes causes neuropathy which is most probably the reason of your burning sensation. You are taking nova 75 for it.
Your blood sugar is well controlled.
Serum b12 and folate are high and if you are taking any supplements of these reduce or stop them.
It will be better to consult a neurologist for this burning sensation.
