You need to eat smaller and more frequent meals.
Avoid staying empty stomach for long. Do not have tea, coffee or aerated drinks.
Avoid spicy and fried foods. Avoid gassy foods like cruciferous vegetables and beans like chole chana. Avoid lying down as soon as you have eaten.
Drink good amount of water. Avoid drinking gulps of water while eating food.
