U have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad

It is not scientific to take multiple medicines of same class simultaneously. Better to take one in appropriate dosages. It will be wise if you discuss with your psychiatrist to consider switching to other medicines which don't have abuse or addiction potential and whose prescription can be easily procured from anywhere.

This medicine normally works for anxiety and depression and may have to be taken for a long duartion for good effect. Side effects mentioned are common. Tablet may be taken at bed time with plenty of water, Side effects are generally not serious . Speak to your doctor for review and his opinion on continuation or a change

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?

You should not start azathioprine tab for colitis or c. Dificile infection.and you are already on the correct medication and it will be effective in a week or two

I have gone through the details given. As I can see she is on multiple medications. Some times drugs like statins can cause muscle cramps. Plus if she is on any othe acidity reducing drugs, then those may reduce B12 absorption. This can also contribute to cramps.
Your over all information is very general, there is no mention of actual blood glucose values (fasting, PP)& HbA1c%, so there is no way to know about blood glucose control.
