Ye to sirf apne superficial external supplements se apna hb badha liya.
Lekin Hb itna kam hone ka karan kya he ye jane bina uska permanent ilaj batana possible nahi he
Apko thikse janch karake root cause ke liye treatment karana chahiye.
OTherwise jese hi ap ye supplements lena bandh karenge double speed se Hb fir down ho jayega.
7.8 hb is considerably low.
Ap chahe to muje consult kar sakte he.
