Hi, clearz max contains a steroid, so please use it only under the doctor's instructions. A steroid cream should not be applied for more than 2 - 3 weeks. Use regular sunscreen during the day.

Hi, you d3 levels are considered to be borderline low, you can take tablets or sachet powder of d3 and will give you same effect as injections. At your level of d3 value inj are not compulsory.

it is better to take injection but if you don't want to take injection you can take Arachitol 60k liquid once a week for 8 wk

Your b12 values are within normal limits
d3 is 60000 units once a week for 8 weeks and after that 60000 units once a month for 6 months.
