No it's not advisable to use these medicines. No you don't have ed. Relax. Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises.
One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repet...more

Hello-
Yes it will surely harm you. You are already on testis short, and using a Sildenafil (Manforce) for your Erectile dysfunction. Its best to start some thing safer. Many herbs are extremely beneficial for improving erectile dysfunctions. Herbs contain testosterone-like natural substances, steroids and phyto-molecules - all known to improve blood flow to the genitalia while maximizing the production of nitric oxide (important factors for achieving an erection!).

Yes it will. Side effects for this drug are reported to be mild and tolerable as per the company data. These include headache, nausea and vomiting, abdominal discomfort and flushing or redness in the face. Hello Mr. lybrate-user .before recommending any medicine it's good to get proper history so as to reach the point as to whether one really require the drug or not. You like to know the dosage and safety profile of the drug. I recommendation is to always start sildenafil in the smallest dose possible half an hour to one hour before the intercourse. At this age you should never try to take such medicine if you do not want to ruin your sex life. Do not quest for rapid sexual strength. Correct it with right food, right exercises and right mindset. if at all required, go for pure herbals that too not at random but according to your Prakriti (body nature) and history of sexual weakness. Better to go slow with herbs than rapid with sildenafil type medicine. rest is your choice.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. From the glucose level mentioned it is clear that your diabetes is totally uncontrolled. I am sure you are aware that uncontrolled diabetes is one of the major causes for erectile dysfunction (ed). Taking a drug as mentioned by you, may be helpful, but achieving strict blood glucose control (fbg < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%) particularly considering your age is absolutely essential. Using sildenafil twic...more
