Certain vitamins can help increase and maintain the number of melanocytes in the skin. Always talk to your doctor before changing your diet or takin...more

Hydroquinone on regular basis can reduce melanin easily. A cream with monobenzone can also reduce melanin leading to making the skin fairer permanently. There are various ointments that help in reducing the levels of melanin permanently. Collagen, antioxidants and Vitamin C make skin fairer and more flexible.

Almonds= Grind 8 to 10 almonds to make a coarse paste and add enough honey to make a thick paste. Smear this mixture on the affected skin, massage for 5 minutes and leave it on for another 20 minutes. Wash off the pack with lukewarm water. Follow this cure 3 to 4 times a week till the melasma is gone completely.

Do not worry too much about these type or articles, they are for research purpose. Also you take Vit E in the form of whole food, not isolated, hence it is safe and it works as anti-oxidant in the body. On net you will find many contradictory reports like on soybean, flaxseeds etc. As long as you are eating in moderation as whole food, not supplements, you are safe. Nature knows the best.

Premature greying of hair can be due to stress, smoking, nutritional deficiency, thyroid disorder, chemical use over hair etc. but most important cause is hereditary factor.

As such nothing much can be done for premature greying esp if it is hereditary or familial. The hair that has turned white would remain so but its progression can be prevented to some extent by taking hair supplements containing calcium pantothenate and PABA. For the same you may take tablet follihair one daily. more

As soon as u stop using it ur pigmentation will be back. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
Wear full sleeves shirt.
Use umbrella when going in sun.
