If you maintain a healthy lifestyle which includes eating a healthy and balanced diet then there is no need to worry about eating any particular micro nutrients or vitamins suppliments. Have fruits and vegetables every day which can provide many of the nutrients in a natural form. Avoid outside food ( processed / packaged or junk food along with cold drinks ). Avoid tobacco and alcohol . Limit tea and coffee intake.

Magnesium supplements are given along with food to prevent diarrhoea. It should be taken only on doctor's advice and in specific situations. Normally balanced diet contains sufficient magnesium.
