If you maintain a healthy lifestyle which includes eating a healthy and balanced diet then there is no need to worry about eating any particular micro nutrients or vitamins suppliments. Have fruits and vegetables every day which can provide many of the nutrients in a natural form. Avoid outside food ( processed / packaged or junk food along with cold drinks ). Avoid tobacco and alcohol . Limit tea and coffee intake.

And need medications and regular check up by ophthalmologist Any specific nutritional deficiencies in your diet can be addressed with supplements that include Vitamins A, B-complex, C, and E as well as the minerals Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc.
