since you have not mentioned the site of pain so we suppose its testicles or penis that is having pain. Masturbation do leads to sexual exhaustion of reproductive organs which may cause pain. Since masturbation is assumed healthy in moden science they do not provide a treatment for that instead they treat the patient for false diagnosis like infection. Better to stop the antibiotics and switch to ayurveda.

Most likely you are having post viral laryngopharangitis.If no fever and only mild cough,it can take few weeks to settle.Use any throat lozenges. Speak less.Avoid citrus fruit and cold drinks.

This could very well be an allergic cough. Use mask when out and about. Stop smoking if you do one.

Hello lybrate-user, dark spots occur due to different reasons. Hydroquinone based and steroid containing creams are usually prescribed under supervision and for a limited period of time. I wil advise you to stop applying hydroquinone cream as it can cause side effects. I guess melaglow prime is steroid free cream. So may continue with it.
