You are rightly given ipt along with pyridoxine as per rntcp guidelines.
Pyridoxine (vit b6) is given to prevent one side effect of isoniazid. Ie peripheral neuropathy. It has no role in the development of drug resistance to inh. So please take pyridoxine regularly and you can take it at any time of the day if you have a problem to take with other meds. Thanks.

In most TB cases ,patient need rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol sfter 2 months of intensive phase.

Rifampicin and Isoniazid should be taken before breakfast and rest after breakfast.

If the patient is on art therapy (because of HIV positive) and his cd4 count is 810, viral load is detectable, he needs to take medicines to prevent TB, a major complication seen in HIV

Rifampicin resistance not detected means Rifampicin INH pyrazinamide Ethambutol are to be taken in the requisite doses. There's no need of streptomycin injection.
