Asked for male, 27 years old from Dehradun

Age 27, weight 80 kg, unmarried I got uti on 29 may along with penis tip pain after urination and high fever 104f and also I was having sternum pain and rib cage pain. Then report showed pus cell 18-25, rbc 10-12, apbumin 1+, bacteria 1+ and blood report showed platelet 1.25thou/cum (range 1.50 to 4) and lymphocyte 10%(range 20 to 40) .i took nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 15 days. My symptom resolved but pain radiating from hip to penis then again visited urologist they saw my usg abdomen which was normal showing prostate volume 21 cc. Then they sent me to general surgeon to check for piles ,there student enter a metal probe inside my anus to look for piles and 6 days after that I got blood in my whole semen i.e bright red and again 5 days after that blood was less but semen was yellow. Now there is no blood. Do prostate injury due to that probe caused blood in my semen? My whole body bone hips, rib cage ,chest ,feet and teeth paining .do I have prostate cancer which got spread?

Age 24, unmarried on 29 may I got fever 104f with penis pain after urine then got checked uti showing with pus cell 18-25, rbc 10-12, bacteria 1+,albumin 1+ and blood report showed lymphocyte 10% (range 20 to 40, tlc is 4.88 (range 4 to 10, platelet was 1.25thou/cum (range 1.5 to 1.8).i was also having hips pain and chest sternum pain. And doctor gave me nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 14 days and my usg shows everything normal and prostate size 21 cc. After that I am having pain radiating from rectum to penis. Then general surgeon look for any piles with metal probe. I got blood in semen on 7 july i.e bright red and again on 13 july with less blood .now there is no blood in semen. But I am having pain all over body like mouth, ribs ,hips ,feet and hands.in 2015 my psa was 0.77 (range upto 4) and in 2018 my transrectal ultrasound was normal. But now m having whole body pain and noticed blood in semen first time in life. Can I have prostate cancer as it spread to bones?

Wait and watch.
All will be normal.
No chances of prostate cancer.

On 29 may I got high fever 104f with chills along with sore throat (something stuck in throat, and was having pain at tip of penis after urinating and chest bone pain .as fever continued for 3 days ,on report showed uti with pus cell 18-25, rbc 10-12, bacteria 1+, albumin 1+ and blood report showed lymphocyte 10%(rnge 10 to 20, platelet 1.25lakh.i took nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 15 days ,my urine became normal but pain was radiating from hips to penis and was having bone pain at hips, feet,hands and rib cage .on showing to doc general surgeon intern checked me for piles by inserting metal probe through my anus on 1 july and on 7 july I got whole semen with bright red blood and on 13 july again semen was mixed with blood but blood was less a.i did not face any pain or any problem but blood came. Now there is no blood but I am having bone pain all over body. Lymph node in my groin are swollen since 2018. And my sore throat also not going. Can I have prostate cancer?

Thers is some infection related to urinary tract infection. But throat pain low lymphoctye and platelet counts suggests some viral infection. You probably require a proper clinical examination, all related tests for cause of above complaints, diagnosis and further mangement. Opinion of a urologist and investigartions for bleeding are required. The methodical approach for all these complaints will give proper diagnosis of actual cause.

Age 23, weight 82 kg, unmarried.on 29 may I had fever upto 104f for 3 days along with pain at tip of penis after urinating. No burning was there. Then doc did urinalysis which showed 18-25 pus cell, 10-12rbc, bacteria +, albumin + and blood test showed lymphocyte 10% (range 20 to 40) ,platelet 1.25lakh (range 150 to 400, monocyte 11% ,then doc gave antibiotics nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 15 days. I took it. Urine is now coming in normal quantity but was having hip pain radiating to penis. So 4 days ago I had my ultrasound of kub which showed everything normal but simple medulla cyst on right kidney and blood test lphocyte 26% and platelet 1.80lakh.from few days I am having feeling like pain in chest bone since 3 months and from few days like feeling short fo breath in body but saturation is 98%.yesterday night I had nightfall so I went to toilet and saw that my semen is coming along with blood without pain. Whole semen was mixed with blood. What to do next please guide I am afraid.

Gd evening everyone, here i'm writing this msg for the purpose of seeking advice from all of you regarding a prob that I have been facing since 2017. Actually I have been having a repetitive case of uti since 2017. I have seen many renowned doctors in kolkata particularly in forte, apollo and medica but they could not manage to treat my problem. First time it was mrsa doctor prescribed me with doxycycline which I took for almost a month. The symptoms went away but after 4-5 months it reappeared again. Since that time it's been coming at an interval of 5-6 months. From 2019 onwards the root cause has been e.coli.i have tried doxy, nitrofurantoin, linezolid, bactrim, levo as of now but whenever I take medications the symptoms go away then again reappears after 4 to 5 months. In oct 2021 I got an urs done to check what actually has happened inside but doctor didn't find anything. The most surprising thing is that urine culture doesn't come positive all the time but still the symptoms are present and creatinine level is 1 or sometimes 1.1 nd others blood reports are also normal. Now a days i'm experiencing a pain in my groin areas and back. I think now this untreated infection has led to pyelonephritis don't know what I should do right now. If doctors from forte, apollo can't even treat the prob then whom should I go to with this case? please give me some suggestions to get rid of this permanently.

I'm a 17 year old boy from nepal. 2 months ago ,suddenly one day I masturbated, my sperm count & volume was quite low than usual .i thought it was normal but after a week ,i had so much of testicle pain.& I visited urologist, my ultrasound report was normal but doctor told me to do urine test & with my culture report ,i was diagnosed with staphylococcus aureus .in report, I am resistance to nitrofurantoin, cefixime, ofloxacin, amoxicillin, amikacin, cefepime, co-trimoxazole, ciprofloxacin but sensitive to levofloxacin, ceftriaxone, & amikacin. Doctor gave me levofloxacin for 1 week, my pain was somehow cure through that antibiotic but again after a week my pain is back,& this has almost become 1.5 months, my pain is not severe but whenever I touch testicle ,it pains & one most serious ,tensed thing for me is my sperm count is still being lowered ,its volume has become low. Whenever, I research on staph infection, it stays it can lead to infertility so please please suggest me what to do ,im so tensed. Please help me doctor ,what should I do should I visit same doctor or? Im very worried mainly regarding my sperm volume. Plz.

Age 27, unmarried.since 23 march upto 29 may I was having mild fever of 90f, bone pain on both side of sternum and sore throat was also started with that like something stuck inn it. On 29 may I got 104f with pain in penis tip after urinating. Report shows pus cell 18-25, rbc 10-12, bacteria 1+.took nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 15 days but sometimes pain radiating from penis to rectum. On 1 july, usg kub was normal. On 3 and 7 july got blood in semen and now no blood. But pain was increasing in hips connecting femur region, thighs,feet and rib cage region. On 14 july psa came 2.06 ng/ml. On 24 aug, trus prostate showed chronic prostatitis needs to be ruled out. I am on antibiotic ofloxacin 400 mg bd and afluzosin 10 mg for 21 days but pain in my bones specially hips, femur,thighs, legs,both feet, rib cage is increasing and also joints of hand and shoulder paining. My sore throat is not resolving since 5 months even on showing ent. I occasionally get chills. Can I have typhoid or prostate cancer?

Age 23, weight 82 kg ,unmarried. On 29 may I got bacterial uti. Took nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 15 days. On 7 and 13 july got bleeding in semen and after that no bleeding. On 14 aug my psa was 2.06 ng/ml. On 26 aug I had my trus prostate showing "prostate volume 14. 8 cc. The prostate is normal in size, shape and shows ill defined parenchymal areas if increased echogenicity mainly limited to the anterior stromal zone and transitional zone of the prostate. The echogenic areas are seen extending and surrounding the opening of ejaculatory ducts on both side and there is preserved zonal differentiation noted in both lobes elsewhere" possibility of chronic prostatitis needs to be ruled out. As my hips bone connecting to femur, thighs bone, legs, feet bone, hand and rib cage and chest bone are paining.in only two months this pain acquired whole body, and my thighs became too weak and I get chills. Today again I got blood in semen i.e brownish and yellow semen 2 times. Can I have prostate cancer?

don't procastinate your problem.
There are tests to rule out cancer.
I feel it should be benign changes or infection

Currently undergoing blood tests and an ultrasound after thinking I had a uti. I masturbated (dildo) and it felt painful, then I experienced vulva pain, weak flow of urine and pressure in my abdomen, I was prescribed nitrofurantoin. Symptoms went away but then came back after I masturbated again (the dildo was clean and I stopped when pain started this time). Symptoms seemed to come back and I felt kidney pain. I then started ciprofloxacin but there was still kidney pain that developed in to upper back pain and pressure. I don't really have any urine issues it is more my back that's the problem, but I worry touching myself in any way makes things worse. For the time being I have stopped inserting anything but even quite gentle masturbation or thoroughly washing the area (just with water) seems to be more painful than normal, it causes almost a bruising feeling and I am scared I won't be able to enjoy sex normally again. I am also confused (if I did have a uti) at how easily it started. I have considered that maybe friction and pain make me more susepcibtle to an infection but even now being gentle is no better. Equally I have had rough sex so many times before and never got one.
