Hi,
I am Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi.
Your pain can be due to muscle strain or it could be discogenic if it is originating from spine.
You can try physical therapy and anti-inflammatory therapy for few days but if it persists then you will require a consultation from an Orthopaedic Surgeon.
Thanks & Regards
Dr Akshay

also, at times when the lesion is a bit large and since long, it needs oral antifungals alongwith antihistaminics. You should consult a dermatologist online by sen...more
