TSH 7.7 mU/L is considered as subclinical hypothyroidism, which usually not treated. More so in children. Only when TSH level crosses 10 mU/L then treatment is considered. Many a times in later years TSH returns to normal. Thanks.

If your sugar level is controlled when you take mixtard (morning 13u and night 15u) and actrapid 13u in noon with lantus 10u., you can do that and if needed make changes by consulting with a doctor or me in the site

They are slightly different in composition. So there will be difference in onset and peak action. However, you can try it and see whether the blood sugar control is acceptable. Your fasting and pp levels are high it should be below 130 and 180 respectively. Also get an hba1c done to have a better understanding of your blood sugar control.
