Mam, ring worm can be very irritating at times. Please use livaffin cream daily night for next 3 weeks without fail. I don't suggest tablets since U R lactating. Use Abzorb powder daily morning. Take bath twice a day. Use loose fitting undergarments and do not allow sweat to accumulate. With therapy itching reduces in 3-4 days after which some people ignore it or don't complete therapy. Fungal infection spreads through clothes. Hence you should wash your clothes separately. Sweating can increase this infection. The medication you are taking is right. You will need to continue the medication for few more weeks even after the infection has decreased. Also use powder to keep the skin dry in armpits and groins.
