Hello Dr. I am facing fungal infection in the joints of the middle part of my body near the private part. I also faced the same problem some time ago and at that time doctor suggested me some medicined and I was fine after taking them (prescription is attached) Now I am willing to order the same kind of medicines, as described below, to get relief:- 1. Me and my wife both have been suffering from skin rashes problem for at least 1 year. At first I had rashes near my private part which is known as jock itch. But now I have rashes on my back, shoulder, chest, elbow. I was given terbinafine 250 and lulifin ointment for 2 month. But I didn't get best result. My wife has rashes in breast fold, near private part, on back (seems like ringworm), neck Rashes are red in colour and painful. Itchy too but not that much. please .help me. I live in a rural area where no skin doctor available. I went to a dermatologist 4 months ago. He prescribed terbinafine tab, lulifin ointment and a powder.

If jock itch is severe or doesn't respond to over-the-counter medicine, you may need prescription-strength creams or ointments â or even antifungal pills for a definite time period. Keep the skin dry ,do not apply any cream. You should consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.

About two months ago skin of my glans head/urethra brownish suddenly like ringworm. I saw a dermatologist. He gave fucidin-H cream and lulifin cream. I applied these creams for one month on glans. But no improvement, it's cause glans skin thin, dry and wrinkles. Then I took homeopathic medicine orally from last one month. But not much improvement. Is my glans skin will be normal as like before or not? Please suggest.

You consulted dermatologist and homoepathic with no result.
In short history I can just think you getting recurrent infection of glans penis
I would suggest you consult a urologist who may advise circumcision on medical ground. He can advise you better.

Hi Sir, I am 29 age suffering from fungal infections like ring worm type. But I am suffering from tuberculosis. But eight month complete course att. I also use some fungal treatment medicine terbinafine 250 (3 month regular use but no response. Fulconazo 150 twice a day use .But no response. Lulifin ointment 2 month use but no response. Sir please solve the problem.

And that area is black (jha ye problem hota h wo area black ho jada h jo nisan abhi jata nhi h) and too much itching. Please suggest what should I do? And how to remove blackness from that area.

I suffer from fungal infection in the groin region every summer and sometimes during winters as well. The scrotum skin becomes red, stretched, and there's unbearable itching. Sometimes, patches and rings appear on the skin in the groin, while other times, it's just redness and itching. I try my best to keep the area dry and clean, but I just sweat too much as I often have to walk in hot weather. I have used creams like Lulifin, Zydip etc on doctor's prescription, and used Castor NF without prescription for brief moments in case of unbearable itching. I can't find any long lasting solution. What should I do?

Hi Doctor, I got white pimples type thing on my penis forehead and it feels very itchy all day. I got diabetes, my age is 23 I searched and found it can be candidal balanitis a fungal infection. But after 10-12 days problem was still there, I contact another doctor, he gave me microgest lotion, adzorb powder, eumosone m. After using 2-3 days I had burning sensation in scrotum and the entire affected inner thing became reddish and dry. Den doctor gave me kansel b cream to use only at nite and powder. The burning sensation is killing me. Please help.

Stop using soap use some ketokenazole body wash
Avoid jeans wear cotton clothes
