"As" per your clinical history is concerned you have already done LIS surgery so your internal muscle is not tight so there is no chance of fissure at all.So in my guessing, it is a wrong diagnosis so I request you to let me know your clinical history in detail to guide you further.

Good one Thanks for sharing Irritable bowel syndrome. Is a sign of underlying anxiety or depression or stress because of event or personality - negative thinking or getting irritated such patient respond to antidepressant n antianxiety medicine with psychotherapy n rtms therapy very well in short time. Try that if require go for psychological testing.

Probably you may need to reduce your dosage. I am sure the doctors had advised you for sonography of thyroid gland to find out underlying pathology. Many times vitamin and mineral deficiency can also cause thyroid dysfunction. Hashimoto thyroiditis is very common in female patients - I am sure you have done anti TOP antibodies.
Ideally once hypothyroidism found you need to consult and do thyroid function testing every 4 monthly if not possible then at least 6 monthly.
