It will work & will ease the pain, bt lox gel is actually lidocaine, which is a local anaesthetic. It will not cure or prevent complications. Even if the severity of the disease is increased, you won't feel as it will stop your pain perception. I would advise you please don't use it as sole medication for constipation.

.Increase the fiber intake in your diet.Drink lot of water.If painful defecation apply lignox jelly locally.

You may be having fissure so you need to be examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs, use ointment lox anally before defecation, proper treatment follows according to examination.

As per your history your body weight is now 80 KG so reduce it to 55 kg as per your age and height. For it you have to make a plan for it like this:-From day 1 to day 7

you may be suffering from a clinical condition called phimosis. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery.
However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home.
1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop.
