I know it os hard time but make changes in food habits. Take a lot of liquids and vegetables and completely avoid junks. It's pregnancy induced hemorrhoids which will be relieved after delivery. You have 1-2 weeks after that you ll be fine once delivered. Surgery is the only cure and it is not advisable because you are 36 weeks.

Hello lybrate-user, first of all sex doesn’t cause you as much pain as you feel it cause, if no medication is working upon you then you need to accept that it’s not bcoz of anatomy but bcoz of your thoughts, your fearful thoughts. Sexuality helps fulfil need for human connection. Go for intimate relationship with your partner, emotional touch, foreplay before starting sex. Intimacy can actuallly make you feel better, releases endorphins in body which suppress fear.

Lignocaine gel is safe. But always get a medical examination done by a gynecologist to exclude local causes for pain.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

The prostate gland is situated at the neck of the urinary bladder. The semen is composed of sperms that are made in testes and prostatic fluid that is made in the prostate gland. It is not unusual to occasionally get some mucus discharge (coming from prostate) at the end of urination. If it is frequent or if the discharge is profuse or yellowish, then infections in prostate gland and urinary tract need to be ruled out.
