I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor ...more

Hello.
Take High fiber diet. All the things you have mentioned are to be avoided. But only knowing your diet won't do any good. You need to follow the same as well.
If you don't, you might end up with Piles.
Thank you.

You have not mentioned what symptoms are you having. Why did you undergo this test. Are your periods regular. Have you checked or hormones. Ovarian cysts 3 cm or smaller are functional cysts, part of the ovulatory cycle, and do not require treatment. Larger cysts also often resolve on their own but should be followed up with an ultrasound in 1 to 3 months. Sometimes birth control pills, patch or ring are used to help the cyst shrink, very large, 6 cm or larger, cysts containing solid material, a...more

If your problem was due to something wrong in body, it was best treated with medicines. No relief means it is related to underlying psychological problems.
Seek help from a psychologist to identify your problem and get a permanent resolution.

It is not that effective antidepressant. If her symptoms are under control with that, she can continue the same. If not there are better antidepressant s which also give good sleep and are safe. Kindly consult a psychiatrist or get second opinion. Good luck.

Every medicine has some or other side effect. It depends on what benefit you obtain vis a vis the side effects. Pregabalin is regularly prescribed in lumbar canal stenosis and had a good track record. Oxcarbamezepine is infrequently used, in comparison in lumbar canal stenosis cases. Both can be used and the predominant side effects of both is sedation. They can be started and stopped if side effects are bothersome.
