Some people are excessively sensitive to sunlight. Sun tanning is a side effect of sunlight exposure. Its normal. Its not related to vit D deficiency. Use good sunprotection in form of umbrellas hats etc. Use a sunscreen with spf of atleast 30. Reapply every 3 hours.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning:
* apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. 1.Apply a fresh paste of cold cucumber juice with 2 tsf of lemon juice and wash off after 10 minutes
