as you are hypertensive u need to take salt restricted diet.

to avoid gastritis
take your meals in time
avoid stress
dont sleep immediately after taking your main meal
avoid spicy and junk food
take plenty of water
limit sour and bitter foods.

Dnt take tension as its lifelong process be happy it will decrease ur medicines as well as keep u healthy
