Dear, psychiatric medications are not meant to get dependent on them. You may have got relief the first time in a month period and that is a good sign that your body had ability to recover fast. Its okay if you have stopped it and not experiencing any problem while stopping abruptly. Consuming lorazepam especially in long term is mostly done by people who have developed dependence or addiction akin to alcohol dependence. It is harmful but it's difficult to comment actually how much damage it has incurred, though some of the effects are recoverable but some may not. So its advisable to take any pill under the supervision of doctor, I wish you do not start them again by yourself!

If your diagnosis of ocd is correct then you can taper off and omit tab mirtazapine, aripiprazole and dulouxetine. Continue rest of treatment.

Yes it does cause negative impact on system
Taper the medicine and reduce the dose gradually under supervision of doctors or be prepared that some negative impact is expected in thinking process and you have to be strong to get over negativity caused by not taking medicine
