your proteinuria is better, but still, it's high. At this stage it would be worthwhile to initiate a course of immunosuppressive medications
however, it depends upon serum albumin report and biopsy report.

Your diabetes is controlled not only cuz you are exercising and eating healthy but also cuz you are on two medication as a combination in Janumet.
