Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

This is very common in first trimester specially. Follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Then what is your exact problem? You are enough fit. Nothing to worry. But as you don't want ocid 20 ,i ll suggest you no better medicine. These are called proton pump inhibitors. And one fine morning you will be a patient of peptic perforation. That is perforation in stomach. So please avoid these. Go to take dinner early. Then sleep after 2 hours. Do this practice.
