Loette is a low dose ocp. If you are bleeding with loette either you aren't taking it properly or you need a different composition. Two tabs isn't right. Depending on your symptoms and size of cyst the type of medicine dinofirst or loette is decided. For relief proper treatment is necessary.

Loette is a contraceptive pill you have to take it regularly every day as its a pack of 28 tablet that means it is for one month one tab or occasional tab will not give you contraception effect.

If oral contraceptive pill is taken from 1st day of cycle then it's effective from the 1st cycle (of starting pills), if taken from 5th day of cycle then in the 1st cycle should use some extra precaution. ,from next cycles nothing to worry.
