Dettol is a disinfectant. please don't use it. It can cause severe adverse reactions. For itching you can use candid v gel.

You have to wait 5 to 7 days after last meprate dose. If period still doesn't come do pregnancy test again.

You can wait for for 4 -5 more days. If bleeding doesn't start we have to rule out any pathologies. Get s. Tsh, s prolactin and usg pelvis scan.
