Tips
Warm milk. You can put a tasty spin on your grandmother's natural insomnia remedy by sipping warm milk before bed. Almond milk is an excellent source of calcium, which helps the brain make melatonin. Plus, warm milk may spark pleasant and relaxing memories of your mother helping you fall asleep.

The bp may fluctuate every day and so cannot be strictly controlled. Think of the normal range - 110/70 to 130/90. Take the bp medicines as prescribed along with proper diet and daily exercise.

As now you are on treatment if well controlled then your fbg should be < 100 mg, pp shou...more

Statins often reduce the risk of heart attacks. However, seemingly paradoxically, sometimes the calcium score increases with statin therapy. The tendency of the coronary artery calcium score to increase with statin therapy has been an area of controversy and concern.
