Hello Mr. lybrate-user if your sister is suffering from eczema or sebborheic dermatitits, sebopsoriasis, a type of eczema in the ear area it is better to consult with a dermatologist as they would provide you the best possible solution. Amrolfine sir is an antifungal agent and unless you have a secondary fungal infection, I do not understand why you would want to use for the ear problem. If you have further doubts, kindly call us on mobile for online consultation.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

In fungal infection (tinea) amorolfine and luliconazole both are effective but luliconazole is somewhat better .use twice daily for 4 to 6 wks. Keep the area dry and clean. If more area is involved then you wil also need oral antifungal like capsule itraconazole (after proper examination and diagnosis. Thanks.

Good morning. Kindly stop self medicating for any skin issues that you might have. You will likely end up damaging your skin in the process and making the condition worse. For the proper treatment of your condition, have it assessed by a qualified dermatologist first.
