You need just a one healthy and a motile sperm to give birth. The ranges are assumptions as per modern medical science that person coming in these ranges can be assumed as healthy for fertility. In general if your range is above 60 million and motility above 50% thn you are fit to produce a child. If still getting difficulty, consult a good infertility expert.

Absolutely normal count.
40 million to 300 million is the normal range for the number of sperm per milliliter. Counts below 10 million are considered poor; counts of 20 million or more may be fine. But active motility have to increase more.
Non motility is 55% - it have to decrease.

Well, your semen sample shows 'occ" (occasional) spermatozoa as against a normal range of 10 to 50-60 millions. The sample also shows 7-8 rbc per hpf, which means you have an infection somewhere along the uro-genital tract. It needs urgent attention. It may also be a reason for your low sperm count.
