Condition seems to be ingrowing thumbnail, not uncommon in diabetics and is seen when nail is trimmed excessively. Please consult a doctor near you it may requre removal of pus and regular cleaning and dressing. Also antiotic may need to change and anyi inflammatory medicines added.

Tips- Make sure to clean the wound with normal saline solution after going to washroom and not to apply any ointment or soap and medication needs to be prescribed after clinical examination.
