-check your blood sugar- hba1c, FBS, ppbs and under control
-if any pus/discharge from wound- send for culture and sensitivity- take antibiotics according to the report -get x-ray of the affected part to check if any infection reached to the bone (osteomyelitis)
-stop smoking/ tobacco chewing/alcohol intake as it delays wound healing.

Dear Lybrate user, tb drugs can cause tingling & pain in feet (this disappears when medicine course is completed)
if the problem is very overwhelming please ask your doctor to add vit b group to medicines (the dose will be according to weight)

Just check for painful swelling behind ear. Pinna. If so then any scalp condition can cause it. Otherwise it is part of cold and due to seasonal change. Just cold medicine will help child for both. It will subside in 2-3 days. Or else you can visit Dr.in your area. Thanks.

Condition seems to be ingrowing thumbnail, not uncommon in diabetics and is seen when nail is trimmed excessively. Please consult a doctor near you it may requre removal of pus and regular cleaning and dressing. Also antiotic may need to change and anyi inflammatory medicines added.
Keep blood sugar strictly controlled for early recovery.
