Lithosun tablet can lead to increase in creatinine which can be controlled by keeping the lithium levels in blood under check. Gym and exercise will not increase creatinine but protein powder and other supplements can.

So not recommended to take to further damage the kidney , rather than discuss with the doctor for other molecule which is not going to affect the kidney.
