There is no life threatening drug interaction between the three as mentioned by you, only excessive sedation can be there, which can be adjusted with dosage. Consult your psychiatrist in person if you have more sedation rather than calling and sending sms. All the best.

I think that you need to consult your doctor if the mania symptoms are high and disturbing your functioning. Your medication is useful in the treatment of unipolar depression and anxiety, so a review is recommended. I also strongly advise you to get into talk therapy too.

Hello, occasional consumption of some amount of alcohol is almost harmless with these medicines.
But your frequency of alcohol is on a higher side, it will come under the category of alcohol misuse.
You have to reduce the frequency of alcohol otherwise you will land into problems like alcohol dependence, deterioration of mental health and other physical problems as well.

Dear, psychiatric medications are not meant to get dependent on them. You may have got relief the first time in a month period and that is a good sign that your body had ability to recover fast. This time if your anxiety is not getting controlled, its better either you visit another doctor or simply ask him to change medicines. If he doesn't do that, then its better you should try Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) this t...more

Dear Sunil,
I hope that you have tried these antidepressants in maximum dose and also for at least 3-6 weeks duration. Treatment resistant depression has its own flow chart of add ons like thyroxine, samE, 5 HT and varied therapies. At times review of diagnosis, may be necessary. What antidepressant you are taking now? What is the dose? Since how long, you are on this dose?
