Hello, occasional consumption of some amount of alcohol is almost harmless with these medicines.
But your frequency of alcohol is on a higher side, it will come under the category of alcohol misuse.
You have to reduce the frequency of alcohol otherwise you will land into problems like alcohol dependence, deterioration of mental health and other physical problems as well.

You must make sure that you cooperate because many times you will not believe that there is something wrong and would love to quit the medication. Complying with all the medical prescriptions and working in tandem with a counselor for a long time and learning coping skills and techniques to handle the daily challenges the person...more

Neck PainThis is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression.

You should notice change after 4 to 6 weeks but full recovery may take months. After recovery you should continue to take medicines till your psychiatrist advises you to stop. Very commonly it is seen that patients stop treatment after remission and subsequently they relapse. These medicines are safe for long term use. Good luck.
