Your ACR seems fine. Please mention your serum creatinine (mg/100 ml) and urea concentration to calculate eGFR. Also mention the fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%. Plus give following details : dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise being done, lipid profile, weight and height. On going through all the parameters I will be able to give specific comments.
