Lipid medicines are often prescribed, but not always necessary. What are your lipid levels WITHOUT medicines? Fibrate in Atorlip F is not very useful for improving health. You should find out more about lipid profile tests and lipid medicines before assuming using them is beneficial for your health. Best wishes.

Triglycerides are made in liver from food you eat. Reduce alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Take traditional health foods, they enter the blood directly via thoracic duct, they don't go to the liver. Discuss on phone if you require specific details.

Avoid cholesterol medicines unless you have already suffered heart attack.
Other medicines ok, if you wish to reduce pills, discuss about telmisartan and amlodipine combination pill with your Dr, it will control BP with single tablet.

Take salt restricted diet. Fried salt restriction should be 1800 mg-2750 mg per day. Do not take added salt because most of your vegetables contain sodium already in it. Avoid mustard oil completely. Take sunflower or rice bran oil daily. Avoid red meat and big fishes completely.
