Bp can be on the higher side for people with anxiety. So if the bp is still high more than 140/90 constantly even after the anxiety is well under control, consult a cardiologist and get evaluated, before taking any bp medications. All the best.

Rosuvastatin can certainly raise liver enzymes. It is a good medicine though for people with coronary artery disease and offers significant benefits. You can do periodic blood tests for liver enzymes for next 2 months or so, and every 2-3 months thereafter. You should take a combined decision with your cardiologist whether you should continue the drug or stop it.

Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods, reduce these items in diet. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter vegetable etc which are low in glucose. For more information please discuss on phone. Best wishes.

Take salt restricted diet. Fried salt restriction should be 1800 mg-2750 mg per day. Do not take added salt because most of your vegetables contain sodium already in it. Avoid mustard oil completely. Take sunflower or rice bran oil daily. Avoid red meat and big fishes completely.
