It will take few weeks for levels to come down. Please don't worry. Continue exercise and lipicard. I would also advise you to add fibre to your diet. Eat a bowl of fresh green salads before lunch. Avoid eating packaged food like chips namkeen and fried food. Your tiredness could be due to underlying heart disease. Please get ecg done.

Try eatng lots of garlic. If you cant have it get it homeopathically allium sativum q,(biochemic) nat phos, tonicard (homeo, kali iod 12x (biochemic) avoid all types of fats and red meat. Consult me in private for detailed treatment.

- avoid fried, processed & fatty foods especially those containing trans fats
