Apply rose water in eyes and then put a piece of cotton over eyes and put a small ice cube over it for 2 mins.
Your eyes will relaxed after it and it will be cured.

back pain and bulging disc needs to be treated first. Lidocaine patches can reduce pain but its a temporary relief. Root cause needs to be treated.

Hi these patches are just type of lain relivers. It won't have any effect on the disc bulge and it won't get treated. These are temporary measures for your pain. If the disc bulge is severe and compressing on nerve which will then cause pain and weakness in legs then you need to get treated with surgery or start with physiotherapy first.

Hello-
yes it is ok for the first time but do not use it again on repeated basis. It is a anaesthetic gel (and not a lube for sex) that only cuts the frictional pain sensation during sex. So it will not be good for your partner and for you too. Its best to use other water based lubes.

She has to be examined to find the reason. On temporary basis apply lignox jelly abt 15 mins before sex & wipe off just before sex. If dryness in vagina can use ky jelly locally.
