Homeopathic treatment for piles offers several more advantages. It is very economical when compared to any other alternative or complementary treatment for piles. At the same time, the homeopathic medicines do not have any side effects. This is one of the biggest advantages of Homeopathy over any other system of medicine. While you are under treatment of any other system of medicine, you run the risk of getting one or the other side effect while Homeopathic treatment for piles is absolutely safe

Hi, I understand your concern. Post-circumcision it's common to have some oedema or swelling of the penis and surrounding area. The pain and burning should settle in 5-7 days. Some ice and lox jelly should work fine. However if it's too painful, swollen, redness along with copious discharge, it is advisable to have a consultation. Regards

'v gel' is good inert jelly for lubrication. But you don't have to use it always. Adequate time spent for foreplay will be quite helpful.

Hello-
You can apply lignocaine gel 2% (lox 2%) on your two fingers after wearing a condom on your fingers, and then try to enter the fingers into her vagina gradually and keep them inside for 10- 15 minutes.
After a few days start entering 3 fingers in the same way.
When her vaginal opening becomes dilated, then start entering penis after applying gel on your penis too.
This gel will help combating vaginal dryness and will help you to enter your penis easily.
