You can not decide that you are having low sperm count with out doing semen analyasis test,
You may be having low semen count (not low sperm count) and it may be due to anxiety not due to these medications

Dear lybrate-user, Congratulations again. Keep on motivating yourself daily - only for one day to remain without alcohol. Request your family doctor to give you Thiamine 600 -1000 mg daily as injection or tablets for 1 week. It will be better if you take injection fro 3 days at least. It will help you. It is just a B complex vitamin. Keep it up.

You can not keep taking librium for long. The dose needs to be titrated down and stopped, else it can produce laziness by itself. For proper treatment, consult any psychiatrist. All the best.

He needs to be evaluated by a qualified psychiatrist before changing the dose or stopping the medication. Stopping the medication suddenly can cause withdrawal symptoms and aggravate anxiety possibly.
