You not need to take big portion size. These herbs should be part of the cooked meals you are consuming. Because, you might be taking drug that has cholesterol lowering effect. So I wouldn't recommend you to take large portion size of these herbs. As their will be food drug interaction also.

Fluoridated pastes are ok but you need to see the fluoride content. Should not exceed more than 200-250 ppm in case for use by a 2 year old. Also spitting a must after brushing. Good luck.

It can lead to some problem but its always better if he spits, use a very small amount of toothpaste 1/4th - 1/2 the size of a pea, not more. The kid toothpaste are specially designed with reduced fluoride contents to prevent any problems with ingestion of the paste, but its always better if you put him to the habit of spitting.

Brown? brown stains could be due to excessive tea n coffee, tobacco chewing, flurosis or other enamel defects.
Get a scalling n polishing done by a dentist. Ask dentist if you hv enamel defects which can b treated with veneers/ crowns.

If his teeth have decay then you should see the dentist as soon as possible. Dental decay is not cured by medicines or tooth pastes. There are several toothpastes available in the market like cheerio gel, kids bunny, kidodent etc.
