Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. The colour of your teeth is an optical phenomenon. It depends on the thickness of the enamel. The inner layer of the tooth is called dentin, which is yellow in colour. If the overlying enamel is thin the colour of dentin is visible through the enamel giving the tooth yellow colour. I the enamel is thick the underlying dentin is not visible so tooth appears white. Hi.
You can apply neem paste as neem is supposed to be an anti-septic.
Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily.
