Hai, You have mentioned that your 2 years old baby has runny nose and heavy cough. But no mention about duration and dry or productive cough .column of the sputum. Any associated fever or not. Any previous history of pneumonia. .any respiratory distress or not. Any overcrowding or not. Etc.Moreover proper ent examination and chest examination by chest specialist should be done. To rule out lower respiratory tract infection..

dear Dheeraj
consult doctor near you and get chest xray or hrct chest done to understand the problem better. then take medication. don't use anything blindly. if you have dry cough then levolin won't help you.

You may need to go with the medical prescription .it is advised to take the dose on a fixed time to ensure the effectiveness. If the prescribed intake is thrice a day it means, it should be taken after appropriate intervals. You may discuss your health issue and your medical history in more detail over a call so that right and effective consultation can be provided.
Thanks.
