You seem to have urinary tract infection with border line kidney disorder. Levofloaxacin is a good urinary antiseptic. But has many side effects. Drug may not have effect on platelets but will have to be taken under strict supervision of your doctor and cautious about any suspecting bad effect. Proper follow up of infection, kidney functioning and daibetes control side by side is necessary.

Please note that TB treatment is a step wise therapy and despite best efforts some side effects like vomiting & loss of appetite occur at start of treatment.
You should have patience and please don't change / switch / alter TB medicines or their doses.
Kindly reconsult your doctor to solve this issue.
But in case the vomiting does not decrease, you can always have a second opinion from a Pulmonologist.<...more

Hi lybrate-user, please do not think about surgery. It may unnecessary cause complications. Post surgical complaints may disturb your sexual life. Please use homeopathy which is safe and works promptly. Its better if we meet for the same or consult on phone or do video conferencing (the best, if you can not make it. I am sure homeopathy will help you harmlessly. Think about it.
